Ignite your cocktails with our famous spicy bitters. Created in Mexico’s Yucatán peninsula, our secret four-chilli blend has been crafted so that each chilli hits a different part of your mouth and throat, leaving you in fiery ecstasy. Despite its heat, the taste remains pure and balanced, so as not to disrupt the flavours of a finely balanced cocktail.

100ml bottle. Recommended dosage per cocktail is 1ml (seriously, it's that hot). Our pipette has measurements on it in increments of 0.1ml for the accuracy a top mixologist needs.
