We were founded in 2024 by three mixologists who had trouble making their cocktails spicy. There were no chilli bitters on the market, meaning bars had to create their own, which was inconsistent, time-consuming, and expensive. We solved this dilemma with our secret five-chilli blend, which we discovered on a research trip to the Yucatán peninsula. Caliente Bitters is now used to ignite cocktails at the best bars and restaurants on the planet.
