Caliente · Soda · CitrusFire & Soda
Long, cold and alive with bubbles. The simplest way to let Caliente’s layered five-chilli blend do the talking.
What you need
Ingredients
- 50ml premium vodka or blanco tequila
- 15ml fresh grapefruit juice
- Half a pipette of Caliente Bitters
- Chilled soda water
- Ice
- Grapefruit peel, to garnish
Bring the heat
Method
Build
Fill a chilled highball with large, clear ice. Add the spirit, grapefruit and Caliente Bitters.
Lengthen
Top slowly with chilled soda water and give the drink one clean stir.
Finish
Express grapefruit peel over the glass and garnish. Add another few drops only if you want more fire.
